This course provides an overview of Python and the variables, arithmetic operators' functions and data types used in Python. The beginner-friendly course will also teach students how to convert and manipulate data.
This course includes an in-depth study of features in different built-in compound data types of Python. Students will work with these complex built-in data types to become familiar with their operations.
In this course, students will learn how to import and use the Pandas package in Python to analyze and manipulate data using multi-dimensional DataFrames. The coursework also covers using Boolean indexing and Boolean Pandas Series to filter data.
Students will learn how to use Matplotlib for time series plots and basic data visualization in this course. The program will enable students to understand and explore the relationship between two or more variables using scatter and bubble plots.
